Örebro University is one of the fastest growing universities in Sweden. We have 17,000 students and 1,200 staff. The university provides education and research in humanities, law, social science, science, technology, health care, medicine, education, music and sport science. The eHealth research group is part of the Centre for Empirical Research on Information Systems which belongs to the Business School. The eHealth group of Örebro works closely with the regional health care authority of Örebro and in C3 cloud with Region Jämtland Härjedalen.

ORU provide expertise on care of the elderly and development of decision support tools, expertise on semantic interoperability of clinical information, information security for health and usability and evaluation of health information systems.
